On a truncated at all points triangular blue background, sides 1 1/4 inches (3.18 cm) from center truncated ends 1 3/8 inches (3.49 cm) from center containing three white arrow tails separated 1/4 inch (.64 cm) and 1/8 inch (.32 cm) from edge.
Symbolism
The design is blue and white, the colors of the Corps and the three arrow tails give the impression of all meeting at one point making a perfect score, conveying the impression of the number of the Corps.
